Role Focus
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently drive and close critical hiring mandates across technology and business functions. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality-driven hiring outcomes. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, assessing, engaging, and closing candidates—while upholding our employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Drive the complete recruitment cycle independently for niche and leadership roles.
- Understand role requirements and prioritize positions based on business urgency.
- Deliver high-quality closures within defined timelines.
- Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Strategically source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, referrals, and passive talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
- Candidate Assessment & Stakeholder Management: Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align expectations and selection criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Critical Role Closure: Manage and close high-impact or hard-to-fill positions with minimal supervision.
- Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and documentation standards.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment tools, processes, and candidate engagement workflows.
- Employer Branding: Represent Inteliment professionally with candidates and external stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and networking activities.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, Analytics, or Technology roles.
- Proven ability to independently close critical or niche positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
