Role Focus

As an Informatica IICS & PowerCenter Developer, you will contribute to enterprise data warehouse and integration projects. You will work on transforming raw data from diverse sources into structured, meaningful datasets to support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• 2–4 years of experience in Informatica IICS and PowerCenter development, testing, and deployment in enterprise environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica IICS and PowerCenter for diverse integration scenarios.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Resolve challenges related to integrating data from heterogeneous sources, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and optimize data models to meet business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical design specifications and data integration solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of ETL processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Work with PowerCenter 9.x/10.x in Oracle environments and other supported databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project tasks and deliverables within Agile methodology frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in developing ETLs using Informatica, including testing, implementation, debugging, and documentation.
• Informatica certifications are preferred.
