Role Focus
- Selling long-term analytics outsourcing contracts and managed services.
- Winning strategic accounts and growing existing client relationships.
- Driving international business with GCCs and enterprises across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Positioning Rubiscape as a strategic platform for analytics-driven digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales for analytics outsourcing services and long-term managed service contracts.
- Identify, pursue, and close IT outsourcing and ODC deals with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India.
- Sell the Rubiscape platform for managed services and product-led analytics solutions.
- Create and manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and deliver on revenue targets.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Own account strategy, ensure high CSAT, and drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align client expectations with execution capabilities.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Lead end-to-end proposal management from RFP analysis to submission.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, customized proposals.
- Manage bid processes for large-scale and international projects.
- Market Development & Lead Generation: Generate leads through industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build and leverage CXO-level networks to unlock new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- International Expansion & Partnerships: Develop strategies to position Inteliment as a preferred analytics partner in global markets.
- Explore new regions for business expansion and contribute to Inteliment’s globalization strategy.
