As a CEO Prashant oversees the Strategy, Investments, Board Functions as well as part of Business Operations of Inteliment.

Prashant started Inteliment in 2004, and establish it as a niche player in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Information Collaboration space. Under his leadership Inteliment has grown very systematically, acquiring and servicing many fortune clients globally through ISO certified India Development Center and offices in Australia and Singapore. 

A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Finance (2009) and Marketing (1998), Prashant is an Accredited Management Professor in  'Corporate Planning & Strategy' by All India Management Association (AIMA) since August 2009. In addition, he is IBM-Cognos BI Certified, Microsoft Certified Business Professional and has undergone a executive Development program in 'Financial Business Analysis'. 

As a Technology Evangelist he is associated with various institutions and associations such as NASSCOM, CII, National Insurance Academy, National Institute of Banking Management, MCCIA, Symbiosis University, and IIT as a speaker, presenter and discussion leader. He has been a project/research guide to MBA/Engineering aspirants in BI, Analytics and Knowledge Management.

Determined to give back to the society that nurtures us, Prashant has institutionalized 'Social Leadership Awards' to encourage youth for their exceptional work towards the betterment of society. Inteliment undertakes various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and has adopted few under privileged girls and sponsored their education till post-graduation.

Prashant writes on management and motivation, and runs e-weekly named -'Monday Seeds' since 8 years. He is presently Vice President at Pune Management Association and on Executive Council of Software Exporters Association of Pune, a Past President of Rotary Club and is also a member of CII promoted 'Young Indians'.

Anand is co-founder of Inteliment and as a global CTO provides a thought leadership, solution architecture consulting, technology assessment to clients & Inteliment teams, manages delivery and teams in Australia and India. As MD of Inteliment Australia, he oversees the Strategy, Investments and Board Functions.

Anand has successfully delivered many prestigious projects in Business Intelligence, Development of Scorecards and Business Rule Engines, Analytics.

Anand holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences and is Certified Solution Architect, as well as Certified Data Warehouse Professional. He brings with him over 12+ years of extensive experience in Banking and Finance domains, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management, Pre-sales and Programming etc. Anand has worked with reputed MNCs like - Indus, Thermax Software.

His hands on technology expertise spans across - SAP-Business Objects, IBM-Cognos BI, Informatica, Teradata, Oracle Warehousing Tools; Process Frameworks-ISO 9001:2000/2008; Design Methodologies : SDLC, Agile, Scrum, OOAD, RUP; Databases-Oracle, DB2, Teradata, SQL Server, MySQL, Progress, Informix; Development platforms - Visual Studio, .NET frameworks, Oracle Developer, MS SQL Development tools; Solution Architecture and Modeling-MS Visio, IBM Rational Suite, CA ER Win.
