Corporate Social Responsibility

For a business to be successful in the long term it has to create value not only for its shareholders but also for society-we call it Creating Social Value. Our commitment to society is an important part of our value system. Our constant endeavor here is to bring a positive change to the underprivileged communities by supporting a range of socio-economic, educational and health initiatives.

At Inteliment our commitment and objectives of our CSR is to:

• Help the under-privileged sections of the society through long-term sustainable and measurable initiatives
• Participate in National, International and NGO initiatives
• Support people affected by natural calamities and disasters
• Offer a platform to employees where they can give back to the society in a meaningful way

Social Excellence Awards

At Inteliment, we have institutionalized awards named 'Social Entrepreneurs' to recognize the good work and commitment to the cause.

In the year 2007-08, we had two visually challenged students who were running computer training institution by blinds for blinds. Inteliment has contributed funds as well as volunteer work to provide assistance and encouragement to the staff and promoters of this NGO.

Inteliment has encouraged a physically challenged girl who has completed a bakery course. We encouraged her to setup a home based unit to manufacture and supply bakery products starting with Inteliment as its first customer.

Education Support

Inteliment has adopted four girls who lost their parents in the 1993 earthquake of Latur (MH). We provided the girls with sponsorship till they complete their graduate level and become economically independent. The idea is simple, rather than providing one time or limited help, Inteliment is giving long-term and sustainable support to their wards, thus developing committed volunteers as beneficiaries. Moving ahead, Inteliment has plans to adopt a school in a village, where we can make difference to the future our youth. 

Relief Programs

Inteliment also actively participates in relief programs and campaigns during natural calamities and disasters. With contribution and support from our employees, we provide quick relief and support to the affected areas by participating in relief programs, donation drives etc.
