Business Intelligence Competency Centers (BICCs) helps determine potential challenges and changes in BI-DW space and help mitigate these risks by building internal competencies and design solutions for your company

Inteliment_Center-of-ExcellenceWe have dedicated BICCs for SAP-Business Objects, IBM-Information Management, SYBASE, Microsoft, Oracle-BI, SUN technology platforms. These BICCs work across the service delivery lifecycle, business processes and domains in the following way:

  • Providing thought leadership through industry solutions and frameworks to drive innovation

  • Achieving excellence in service delivery with expertise in technology, domain knowledge, scaling skill levels within practice and identifying areas of competency development.
  • Achieving higher productivity through increased reuse, better process models and higher quality rigors
  • Innovation framework for identifying and developing new solutions /service lines, etc.

  • Conduct R&D on various tools for evaluation and tool comparison

Competency Development

  • Promote internal training and vendor certification programs
  • Build a team of multi-talented techno-functional strategists
  • Create eLearning environments and develop pool of trainers
